My Background

Behind The Scenes

I have been competing in the Strongman competitions since I was 25 years old. I started in the under 105kg weight category, and now over 10 years later, I am weighing between 150-160kg depending on what competitions I have.

Besides work and strongman, I am a big family man. I am married to my wife Kimber-lee and we have 3 gorgeous children together. My hobby has always been the gym and being able to train and compete on the biggest stages in my chosen sport is an amazing experience.

What Clients Say

I have competed at the world strongest man competition 7 times and missed going on 3 occasions due to work and family commitments. My goal is to ensure you can push yourself and reach your own targets whilst fitting weight training into your current lifestyle.

Ash Knowles

“I have loved working with Graham. He listened to what I wanted to achieve and set me a training program based around my lifestyle I have seen some fantastic results!”

Peter Smiley

“I’ve been going to the gym since I can remember but not always gained in strength as much as wanted. Graham helped me to lift more but in a way where I felt comfortable and wasn’t going to wake up with a stiff back in the morning from lifting with bad form.”
